Prabowo’s Warm Welcome: Indonesian Diaspora in Russia

Among those present were three medical students from Papua who are studying in St. Petersburg; they were overjoyed to meet the President in person for the first time. Additionally, a family from Solo, Indonesia, residing in Russia also had the chance to greet Prabowo, with one of the children even requesting Lego, much to everyone’s delight. This encounter was marked by emotion and a sense of national pride, as members of the Indonesian community offered their warm wishes and prayers to the President, expressing deep admiration and gratitude. There were also discussions about the possibility of establishing an Indonesian consulate in St. Petersburg, highlighting the strong bond between Indonesia and its citizens living abroad.
