President Prabowo Greeted by Saudi Officials in Jeddah

President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, attended the 79th Bhayangkara Day commemoration ceremony before his departure to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dressed in a brown safari suit and black peci, Prabowo arrived at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta at 3:15 PM. He was bid farewell by high-ranking officials for his official state visit, accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka and other key figures. Before boarding the presidential aircraft at 3:30 PM, Prabowo watched military cadets rehearsing a marching band performance with Defense Minister Sjafrie. The purpose of his visit to Saudi Arabia is to strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly regarding the Hajj pilgrimage and potential strategic partnerships. The aim is to enhance the relationship between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration for the benefit of both nations.
